Logic Records was founded in 1989 by [[artist:48689]] and [[artist:48688]]. It was originally distributed by Logic Medien Vertrieb and BMG Ariola München. In 1996 the entire company was sold to BMG, which in turn became a part of [[label:22714]]. Copyright info often pertains to [[label:312078]], and thus, should only be credited to that company in such cases. Related to [[label:Logic Media Distribution]] distributer in 1990s. Logic Records (US) closed their doors after a decade long run of putting out dance hit after dance hit. They closed their doors on Friday, May 9th, 2003.
