All Tracks Produced by Armand Van Helden for Yah Mutha's House Prod. Includes "Brooklyn Beats" Featured In The Movie "The Juror", Directed by Brian Gibson (1996). Tracks 1 & 7: Contains an uncredited vocal sample of "How High" Performed by Method Man and Redman. Track 4: Contains an uncredited sample of "Running Away" performed by Roy Ayers.
