Directed by Daft Punk and Leiji Matsumoto, 'Interstella 5555' is a tribute to Japanese animation of the 1970's. The images are set to the music of the album [Discovery](http://www.discogs.com/Daft-Punk-Discovery/master/26647). The four first segments of the film were actually the promotional videos for the singles taken out of the album. A limited edition of 'Interstella 5555' (France / Canada) also includes the compilation 'Daft Club'.
