Recorded at [[label:1466314]], 8th of November 1997. Originally streamable on the Daft Club website (accessible with a Daft Club card given with the first press of the Discovery album). Every week or so a new track would be available. Due to slow internet speed at that time (in Europe), Alive 1997 was divided into 3 parts (called Daftendirektour Part 1/2/3). The rest of the tracks (except Harder Better Faster Stronger "a cappella" and "instrumental" versions) available on the website resurfaced as the compilation album Daft Club.
