The album, released 10/95 in continental Europe, 1/96 in Britain and 7/96 in the US, was Brian Transeau's (aka BT) first major production job for another artist. Included is the mega hit "Your Loving Arms", produced by The Grid, in remixed form. Four further singles were released in Europe (only one in the US), but as they or the album didn't repeat the success of "Arms", Billie's contract with Warner was terminated. Musically, the album is a combination of melodic euro house and big, electronic ballads. Half of the tracks originate from Electribe 101's second, cancelled album: "Hands Up and Amen", "Running Around Town", "Deadline for My Memories", "True Moments of My World", "Space Oasis", and "You and I (Keep Holding On)". Bonus tracks: "Stand By Me" on U.S. CD, "Ich Glaube Nicht" on some European CD's.
