Reckankreuzungsklankewerkzeuge

Est. 1939 US

Record label, operated by [[artist:Keith Fullerton Whitman]] in Cambridge, MA. The word *Reckankreuzungs-klankewerkzeuge* (roughly translates as "nonsense sound factory tool") was created by Richard Wagner when he heard saxophone for the first time soon after the instrument was invented. Home to Hrvatski, Blitter, [[artist:DJ Hekla]], [[artist:Drusca]] and several other post-dancefloor electronic music producers. The label was in business from 1996 to 2002 (some releases were planned for spring and summer 2003, like [[artist:Blitter]]'s 12" record or [r=9465] anniversary 2xCD edition, but they never happened). Though reckankomplex.com website remained active for a few years after that, covering most [[label:Reckankomplex]] activites. In 2005 Fullerton shut down the site and created new label [[label:Entschuldigen]] and separate websites for himself personally and Mimaroglu Music Sales.
