Record Label
[[artist:Kimmo Rapatti]] started the Dum Records label in Helsinki, Finland in the early 1990's. Along with the [[label:Sähkö Recordings]] label from Helsinki which began releasing material around the same time, Dum Records helped define a trademark Finnish minimal techno sound which quickly attracted fans from around the world. This sound grew out of a love for analog gear and a stark minimal production style.
