US subsidiary label of [[label:Bearsville Records, Inc.]], often abridged to [[label:Bearsville Records]]. Bearsville Records was founded in 1970 by [[artist:Albert B. Grossman]], who also launched [[label:Bearsville Studios]]. It closed in 1984. In the beginning, it was distributed by [[label:Ampex Records]] till 1972, when it changed to [[label:Warner Bros. Records]]. Known to have used [[label:403953]] and [[label:313656]] for pressing.
