About The Beatmasters

British producer trio who enjoyed considerable success in the late 80's & early 90's. As well as producing [[artist:26522]]' smash hit "[Stand Up For Your Love Rights](https://www.discogs.com/master/16685-Yazz-Stand-Up-For-Your-Love-Rights)" in 1988, they also landed several Top 20 hits under the Beatmasters moniker with a series of guest vocalists: [[artist:29232]] ("Rok Da House"), [[artist:7619]] ("Hey DJ / I Can't Dance (To That Music You're Playing)"), [[artist:14482]] MC ("Who's in the House") and [[artist:30212]] ("Burn It Up").

These hits were all featured on their debut album "[Anywayawanna](https://www.discogs.com/master/80723-The-Beatmasters-Anywayawanna)". After their second album "[Life & Soul](https://www.discogs.com/master/80737-The-Beatmasters-Life-Soul)" (1991), The Beatmasters ditched their own recording career in favour of production work and remixes for artists such as [[artist:7297]], [[artist:1031]], [[artist:2714]], [[artist:7552]] and [[artist:32915]].
