American guitarist, composer and record producer born on 1 September 1949 in Dayton, Ohio (USA). Most famous as [[artist:40858]] and as (frontman of) [[artist:14564]]. As a manager he has worked with [[label:94415]] and [[artist:1932329]]. Using the McDonald pseudonym he has worked very closely with bassist [[artist:21658]] and drummer [[artist:40521]], whom he met in the 1970s. First in [[artist:27047]], from 1979 onwards in the [[artist:296434]] (the house band for Sugarhill Records), later still on various [[label:2409]] projects such as [[artist:40220]] and [[artist:40228]].
