Limited Edition. 1st pressing: 26 copies in pink cover, lettered and signed, sticker attached to front. 974 numbered copies in white cover with sticker inserted. (Stickers were only attached to the pink covers.) 2nd pressing: 1000 copies in [yellow paper cover](http://www.discogs.com/release/5356577). 3rd pressing: 1000 copies in green card cover. "Both tracks will be featured in a substantially different form on the [cassette] album The Side Effects of Life to be released Summer 1990." Re-released on [r=100602] CD (Shock, 1991) and [r=85766] . The label incorrectly lists the playing speed as 45. The correct speed of 33 is listed on the back cover.
