Although this was the second Thunderdome-themed release by ID&T, it was numbered "4" to make a stand against the Arcade roman number series, which used the same name without ID&T's approval and had already released 3 editions so far. From this point on, ID&T and Arcade started to release the series together and this disc was also used as the second CD of the [Thunderdome IV](http://www.discogs.com/Various-Thunderdome-IV-The-Devils-Last-Wish/master/27083) Arcade release.
