Original US issue with two headed girl illlustrated label design. Columbia, Pitman pressing variant has "P" stamped in runouts. Recorded August 1976 at Audio Studios, Berlin. Issued in Gatefold Cover Some copies had a hype sticker over shrinkwrap that read: "World-wide smash album now available in the U.S.!" Runouts etched, "P" stamped
