Released in a J-card case. Track 1 is correctly listed as "Rage Hard (+)" on the front and back cover, and incorrectly "Rage Hard (*Slam Bam*)" on the disc label. Track 2 is re-titled as "Sufferagette City (Suffer In The City)" on the back cover and as the orginal track it covers, "Suffragette City", on the disc label. Track 3.1 is correctly listed as "(Don't Lose What's Left) Of Your Little Mind" on the back cover, and incorrectly as "(Don't Lose What's Left) Of Your Little Mind (*Suffer Brother*)" on the disc label.
