This is a jewel case release with a PDO disc (uncredited) without SID codes. Very similar releases exist: [r=9142381] is a later pressing with a PMDC disc with SID codes. [r=6852038] has an SRC disc, and CCD 452 is the only cat#. [r=4910966] has a card sleeve and a Discovery Systems disc, and CCD 452 is the only cat#.
