Hand-numbered limited edition of 1000 copies. Commissioned by VPRO Radio 5 "De Avonden". Recorded 29 March 2000. Thanks to Berrie Kamer, Jan Hiddink, Maurice Woestenburg, Frans de Waard. Packaged in a tri-fold card sleeve with a metal pin, in the center, to hold the disc. Made in the Netherlands.
