Liner notes

The main title is stylized in various ways on this release. Front cover and tray insert under disc: “LO:FI VS. SCI:FI”. Spine, back of tray insert, front of tray insert as seen from the front, and CD: “lo:fi.vs.sci:fi”. The printed track list included on this release does not match the CD. The attached track list is corrected. The short, interstitial tracks (“Hurler Avec Les Loups”, “Disembarking”, “Electronomicon”, “Publick!”, “EBN”) are not listed with track numbers, but the sequencing of the listed track numbers show that the interstitial tracks are, in fact, supposed to be indexed as separate tracks. Track 8, another interstial track, is not listed on the sleeve, so while “SoldierSoul”, is listed as track 8, it’s actually track 9. Then “EBN” is shown appearing between tracks “12” and “13”, but it’s indexed on the CD as a separate track, so “Persist:Resist” is listed as track 13 but is actually track 15. And then there is a hidden track included in CD track 18. The track list is printed on the sleeve as such: 1.Humanifesto hurler avec les loups 3.SpitStatic disembarking 5.Episinner Electronomicon 7.Tripwire 8.SoldierSoul 9.Transmission Publick! 11.SaviorSelf 12.MagnesiumBlue EBN 13.Persist:Resist 14.Coelocanthe 15.Charyatid 16.Retrofit Track 8 is unlisted on this release. When later released via the iTunes Store, it’s listed as “Sonic Exfoliation”. Track 18 contains a hidden track (track 18.2). Track 18.1 lasts for 3:30 and is immediately followed by a long reprise of “Publick!” which includes a monologue of jokes and Australian slang by Wil Foster as bandmates laugh in the background. Band member credits are listed in the sleeve as: “dphb3k: sherishaw as starpure|wilfoster as punkrocket|wallyshaw as tremor”. Logos for Diamante Music Group and [[label:17775]] are included on the tray insert. Sleeve note: “Lo-Fi vs Sci-Fi was produced in association with Flaming Fish Music”. p&c 1999 N-Soul Records, Inc Distributed in the CBA by Diamante Music Group Distributed by Diamante Corporation Minneapolis, MN 55428 Distributed by Diamante Canada
