Liner notes

This is the original release with the stickered sleeve and "BAD-100" matrix number. This version includes the Run-DMC cuts and stabs (i.e. "Cuttin' and Scratchin'" , "He is the Master, Of The Fastest Cuts" , "Best DJ"). The Bonus Beats and Dub version on the B-Side also include the same cuts and stabs. The legal dispute with Profile Records lead to the record being re-issued without the vocal samples, on Profile Records (also mastered by Herbie). There is also a Beauty and the Beat version which is identical to the Profile version, with identical labels to the O.G. press, but with the BAB-100 etching (matching the label) but that one does not have a Herbie Etching.
