Released in a Digipak package. Mixed compilation to emphasize the fifth anniversary of the French music festival Astropolis, mixed by the event resident Manu Le Malin, containing tracks by artists who played in that festival. The 1-fold Digipak with transparent disc tray contains an unfoldable booklet with an history of the festival, various pictures, mostly of performing artists, and detailed thanks. The back cover announces the festival's (at the time) next edition (3-4 August 2001). The catalog number doesn't appear on the release artwork, but can be found on the CD matrix. There is a [slightly different version](http://www.discogs.com/Manu-Le-Malin-Il-%C3%89tait-Une-Fois-Astropolis-1995-2000/release/2350801) of this release which has the catalog number printed on back cover and on spine; the alternate version also has contact informations for Astropolis instead of the next party announcement, as well as contact informations for the Human label and a copyright notice that don't appear on this version. Track 3 is listed as "Megadielizer", and the artist is listed as [Markus Nicolae](http://www.discogs.com/artist/Markus+Nikolai?anv=Markus+Nicolae) aka [Narcotic Syntax](http://www.discogs.com/artist/Narcotic+Syntax) on back cover and [Narcotic Syntax](http://www.discogs.com/artist/Narcotic+Syntax) aka [Markus Nicolae](http://www.discogs.com/artist/Markus+Nikolai?anv=Markus+Nicolae) inside the Digipak. However, Markus Nikolai is only an occasional member of Narcotic Syntax, and wasn't involved in this particular track. Track 19 is listed as "Divine Dancer", but it is likely one of the locked grooves from the [same named release](http://www.discogs.com/master/31372). 1.
