Track 1, 2, 3, 4: composed, mixed, recorded and designed at Studio MECCA Kyoto Japan April-May 1997 using only a small speaker as source material. Track 5: recorded live at Bears Osaka Japan 1997. All revised September 2000. Cover design revised October 2001 & July 2002. From the booklet: Originally Howling Obsession was to be released on C40 cassette in a video box package (limited edition 150 copies) on New Sonic Projection USA. However, the label suddenly changed the plan and released it as a handmade CD-R (Limited Edition 20 copies) without any announcement. This Revised version has been remastered and the extra track Howling Obsession Live, which has only ever been performed once, has been added. - Akifumi Nakajami / Aube September 2000.
