Liner notes

First-run press says Collectors Series. They were intended to be on colored vinyl but ended up being black vinyl only and subsequent issues had the Collectors Series info removed from the label. First pressings have an address: 2067 Broadway. Second press has an address 260 W. 35th Street. Has been bootlegged in recent years, says Collectors Series but with a Bronx address - yet they went to the trouble of faking a Herbie Jr. run-out groove etching.
