Recorded: July 1990 Mixed: Aug: 1990 Limited edition of 500 copies. Gatefold cover with glued large six-pages booklet. Printed inner sleeve. A1 ends in a locked groove. Re-released, with minor track title alterations, on the [Great Death](http://www.discogs.com/release/116397) 2xCD ([CMI.23](http://www.discogs.com/release/116397)). Four tracks from this release (A2, B1, B2, & B3) were reissued on the [Greatest Death](http://www.discogs.com/release/63758) CD ([CMI.60](http://www.discogs.com/release/63758)). The black vinyl is slightly translucent.
