Pressed on white marbled (this) and [black](http://www.discogs.com/release/3206939) vinyl, housed in a stamped, die-cut cardstock inner sleeve, in a stickered white outer sleeve with one centre hole on the front. It's written "5de MIXER door Jean Bach" on the sleeve sticker and "Vijfde MIXER" on the centre label of side B. Includes a paper insert with information about the label agenda, releases, upcoming projects (around the end of 2000) and label/distro contact address.
