"Whilst there was one more live disconcert by TG at the Lyceum (with Clock DVA, Cabaret Voltaire, Z'ev and Boyd Rice) in real terms, historically, this is essentially the last, unified performance by TG. Internal Tensions and transitions took an irreperable [sic] toll shortly hereafter. There is a short film by Derek Jarman of this disconcert title 'Psychic Rally in Heaven', however, please note that whilst the film footage IS of this disconcert, the soundtrack of this film is actually assembled from 'Second Annual Report'." The booklet contains two texts by Genesis P-Orridge, "The Scattering" and "A Formal Process of Moral Reasoning", written in London in 1979. Tracks 1.1-1.3 have a total duration of 13:06. Track numbers 2 and 3 [the numbers themselves] are not mentioned in the tracklist.
