In blue sleeve with sticker on front stating "SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION" and sticker on back with BAOI info. The sleeve has had the unfortunate side effect of chemically reacting with the vinyl to create a hazing effect that ruins the sound. Label lists a duration of 7:30 on track A2 but this is incorrect.
