Picture disc limited to 625 numbered copies. The main edition (this) comes in a two color screen printed PVC sleeve. Many of the covers were damaged as the screen printer stacked the covers together and the covers stuck together. Because of this, the artist repackaged his [80 copies in handmade x-ray covers](http://www.discogs.com/release/1746259). Re-released on [Vinyls 1996 + 1998](http://www.discogs.com/release/222799) 2xCDr (G.R.O.S.S., 2003). All Composed, Mixed, Recorded And Designed By Akifumi Nakajima At Studio MECCA Kyoto Japan 1994 Autumn Using Only The Sounds Of The Brain Waves/Electroencephalogram As Source Material.
