Liner Notes: Recorded 11/83 - 1/84 Engineered, Mixed & Produced by Cevin at Brainstorm Room VBCC Except 1 Engineered by Rave z at Mush Room VBCC 21/1/84. TS for everything else. Initially planned to be a limited edition of 50 copies, although only 35 copies were officially made (15 hand dubbed, 20 high speed dubbed). The tape has been bootlegged at least twice, in [1986](/Skinny-Puppy-Back-Forth/release/2767522) and [1989](/Skinny-Puppy-Back-Forth/release/2767485). These tracks appear in a remastered form on [r=11669]. The mix of 'Sleeping Beast' included here is a different (and shorter) mix from those included later on the ['Remission'](https://www.discogs.com/Skinny-Puppy-Remission/master/12128) and 'Back & Forth Series 2' releases. On the cover ”The Pit” is stated to be track 1 on Side B, but ”The Pit” is actually put as the last track on side A. Side B begins with ”Dead Of Winter”.
