When we set up the series, the idea was this: wouldn't it be great if we got every compilor to cover one of their favorite tracks. You know, Like a modern version of those 70's easy listening albums by Geoff Love Orchestra and the Top of the Pops series. These cover versions are also available on a very limited 7-inch. The 7-inch singles, along with the CD, all feature a spoken word story that starts here and completes over the next 3 releases. The story has been written by Nick Walker, author of the excellent Black Box and is being read by none other than Sir Patrick Moore.'
