Recorded live at the Concert Hall in Toronto on June 1st, 1987. The cover incorrectly lists "One Time One Place" as "God's Gift Maggot" and "Draining Faces" as "Brap" NTV-001 was the original release of Ain't It Dead Yet? through Nettwerk Productions mail order catalogue in November of 1988. It came in a plain Kodak VHS case with no writing or other identifiers on it. It was later released in a full color cover with the wrong tracklisting as noted above - first with a crudely printed label (see [r=6585550], and later with what's shown in the tape image here).
