Several details listed on the sleeve notes of this album are inaccurate. According to an article by Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser, in Flash, No.11. Page 9. In German - it is stated that the sessions at Dierks Studio happened over two weeks in January 1972, largely by a quartet version of the group and with Florian Fricke involved in all the recordings except for 'Nebulous Dawn'. The album was mixed two weeks later after recording finished. An Ohr newsletter and Rock In Deutschland (Taurus Press) both give the release date as May 1972. The title track is abridged on all individual CD editions of the album. Most versions are missing the first 35 seconds of the piece, whereas the 1980s Jive/Electro edition which has the full intro, but fades out approximately 3 minutes before the end. The first complete CD version is the master tape edition included in the Esoteric Recordings [r=12699962] set.
