From this album, only 4 tracks were purposely written and recorded for Cappella, those are: "Don't Be Proud", "U & Me" (the verses from the Album Version and the rap only), "Move On Baby" and "Move It Up". All the other tracks were just based in vocal samples taken from other artists' songs. "Move On Baby", "Don't Be Proud" and the album version of "U & Me" with the exception of the chorus were recorded by [[artist:Eileina Dennis]]. "Move It Up" was recorded by [[artist:Jackie Rawe]]. Raps on "Move On Baby", "U & Me" and on the Single version of "Move It Up" were done by [[artist:MC Fixx It]]. Details regarding some of the tracks recorded by studio session singers: • U & Me — [[artist:Eileina Dennis]] sang the verses heard on the album version, however for the chorus the production team used a vocal sample extracted from [[artist:Vicki Shepard]]'s song "[r=95600]". The verses sung by Eileina were removed from the Single version of "U & Me" and the following remixes, so only the sampled vocals of [[artist:Vicki Shepard]] were kept along with the rap made by [[artist:MC Fixx It]]. Vicki tried to take legal action against Cappella for using her vocals without her consent nor paying her any royalties, however U.S. courts weren't able to help her as the Single hadn't been released there so the lawsuit did not move any foward. • Move It Up — The album version only features vocals of [[artist:Jackie Rawe]]. For the Single version, raps by [[artist:MC Fixx It]] were added and a few verses from the album version were left out.
