The "I've got a feeling..." vocal sample was taken from the Todd Terry 'House Of Todd' remix of 'Little Bird' by Annie Lennox. Although it appears on the 'De Zenk' and 'FVV' mixes from 'U: The Feeling Mixes' (dose 018r) on the Overdose label, the Positiva label subsequently had Stacy Seldon re-make the sample on copyright grounds. According to Frank Zenker, in an [interview](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaFwqW5LKb0), Positiva felt that there would be zero chance of clearing the original sample - which suggests that Overdose might have released it without clearance. Some mixes of the track ('V' and 'De Zenk') also sample the very distinctive drum-loop from the Perplexer remix of [m=108964]. Frank also explained how his failure to clear this sample (before copies were released) nearly landed him serious legal trouble, until a deal was worked out.
