The artwork comes from an original screen print on canvas made in 1980 by Daniel B. and his classmate Robert Romeo Lopez, who went to the art school in Schaarbeek together. The face featured on the album artwork are the Hungarian actress Teri Tordai and is taken from the Mephisto (1981). On the back of the album cover, Teri Tordai is joined by Ildikó Bánsági, same movie.
