Boney M. Christmas albums come in many forms. The main groupings: – 1981: The original album, track list includes "I'll Be Home For Christmas", "Winter Fairy-tale" and a 3-part "Christmas Medley (6:24) - [THIS MASTER] – 1984: The aborted/limited 2nd xmas album '[m=293054]', with 6 new Xmas titles, including "Joy To The World" and "Auld Lang Syne", with other loosely 'seasonal', older Boney tracks. The South African issues include exclusively the original version of "Mother And Child Reunion" (later to be overdubbed with vocals by various artists for a charity single by [Frank Farian Corporation](http://www.discogs.com/master/124480)). – 1986: '[m=210466]' / 'The 20 Greatest Christmas Songs' / (Australia:) 'The Most Beautiful Christmas Songs In The World', including all xmas tracks from 1981 and 1984, except "I'll Be Home...", "Mother And Child.." and "Winter Fairy-tale", with some tracks slightly remixed and/or edited. The remixed 'Christmas Medley' (7:51) includes an additional 4th track "Sweet Bells". – 1992: '[m=406679]', a slightly re-edited and remixed version of the 1986 release, with "Christmas Medley" edited down to 7:15. – All other Christmas albums are varying combinations of both original (1981) and remixed and/or edited (1986 or later) versions. 'Christmas Album' is included the 9-LP box set '[r=10524047]' from 2017. The budget reissue "[m=1653082]" also contains the original 1981 album.
