Record Label
This label was set up by [[artist:Picci]], proprietor of World Beats Records, Wolverton, Milton Keynes (1989-1992). First release was the World Beating System EP, produced by Picci and featuring [[artist:The Criminal Minds]] (TCM). TCM at that time were mostly known within the local scene only for their 2 hip-hop releases - their latter EP sampling Picci on a track. In early 1992, Picci and The Criminal Minds would produce the hardcore classic "Baptised By Dub".
