Warner Archives is a reissue label of [[label:Warner Bros. Records]] and its subsidiary labels [[label:Sire]] and [[label:Reprise Records]]. Please use the primary label corresponding to the logo on the release. Warner Archives began as a restoration project for its archival material in 1992. [[artist:434470]] who was the Vice President of A&R at [[label:Warner Bros. Inc.]] was credited with the task of producing the project which commenced with [[release:1638412]] released in 1993. He also oversaw the releases on sister series [[label:476003]]. In 2019, with Warner Bros. changing its name and logo to [[label:Warner Records]], covers on digital versions of Warner Archive titles bearing the logo were retroactively updated.
