Run by [[artist:716877]], from [[artist:414840]] and [[artist:54867]], Vinyl Communications was based in Chula Vista (just south of San Diego). In the early 90s, they got their start releasing a wide variety of punk and hardcore records, mostly by local bands. Later, their focus shifted more toward noise-related recordings, from established harsh- and experimental-noise artists to early gabber-noise and electro-noise musicians.
