The first Baltimore Club label started in the early 90s by [[artist:Scottie B]] and [[artist:Shawn Caesar]]. Producing house tracks that were originally a mixture of breakbeat samples mixed with the Miami Bass sound. It has evolved in the last few years to more of a breakbeat sound.
