Trema (or Disques Trema) was founded in 1969 by [[artist:Jacques Revaux]] and [[artist:Régis Talar]]. Trema was one of most successful independent labels in France, mostly thanks to [[artist:334509]]'s records. Trema stands for Talar Revaux Editions Musicales Associées. It became a sublabel of [[label:Universal Music S.A.]] in 2004.
