Defunct independent record label based in New York City, USA. For the first four releases (1992), the label was based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. Co-founded in 1992 by Joel Morowitz and [[artist:Jeff Price]], founder, president & CEO of digital music distributor [[label:TuneCore]]. Parts of the catalogue were bought by [[label:One Little Indian]] Records after the label went bankrupt in April 2007.
