Dutch label. Established in 1986 and serving mostly as a distributor & licensee for labels like [[label:Shimmy Disc]] (see [[label:Shimmy Disc Europe]]) and [[label:Community 3]], but also as record company with regular releases. Went out of business late nineties. There was also a German branch ([[label:Semaphore gmbH]]), with separate releases and full legal name: "***Semaphore Musik-Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH***", registered 86/12/22 Amtsgericht Nürnberg HRB 7703; deleted 12/05/18.
