Indie label founded in 1995 in Chicago by [[artist:242804]], [[artist:755309]], [[artist:262929]], [[artist:97476]] and graphic designer / producer Jamie Stewart. [[artist:5862372]] was the President. The comapny initially entered into a marketing/distribution deal with Mercury Records. That lasted one year, at which point they entered into a similar arrangement with [[label:11384]] and relocated to New York.
