[[artist:6708]]' own label. Their first release on this label was [[release:101775]] in December 1972. The Residents ran the label by themselves until 1977. Then during the period 1978-1982 [[artist:326883]] took control of the label. From 1983 to 1987 the label was run by [[artist:2336053]] under the name "New Ralph". The period 1988 to 1992 saw The Residents leaving Ralph Records for other labels. The name "Ralph" is part of a 5-year licensing agreement. Then Ralph Records split in two entities: [[label:11337]] (1993-2009) and [[label:8035]] (1992-2005). In 2010 the label was born again and released some CDrs and a new album by The Residents in October 2011 [[release:3183732]]. The label then went dormant until 2017, when it was revived as [[label:New Ralph Too]].
