PV was founded in 1997 as a restricted sublabel of [[label:Planet Vision]], designed to reflect the growing influence of Minimal Techno on the records and in the sets of Frankfurt/Germany based label boss, producer and DJ [[artist:Pascal F.E.O.S.]].
