A New York disco label and distribution company. The label was operated by [[artist:Peter Brown]] (President), Robert Brunson (Distribution), [[artist:Bernard Thomas]] (A&R), and [[artist:Tony Tomorrow]] (Promotion), along with producer [[artist:Patrick Adams]], and Peter Brown's wife [[artist:Patricia Brown]]. Its catalog is presently controlled by [[label:Phase One Network]], an asset management company. See also [[label:P&P Record Corp.]] P&P is an acronym for [[artist:Peter Brown]] & [[artist:Patricia Brown]], however, some early P&P vinyl releases have "P.P. Means Poor People with Potentiality" printed on the labels.
