Belgian/Dutch label and distributor founded after the bankruptcy of [Inelco](http://www.discogs.com/label/Inelco) in 1983. Indisc stands for Inelco Disc. Merged in 1993 with [CNR Records](http://www.discogs.com/label/CNR+Records) to CNR / Indisc ([[label:303452]]) under [Arcade](http://www.discogs.com/label/Arcade) after the bankruptcy of Face Holdings, which CNR Records belonged to.
