UK label. Founded 1983 by former Stiff Records representative [Andy MacDonald](http://www.discogs.com/artist/Andy+MacDonald+%283%29) and Lesley Symons. Originally owned by [[label:100358]] In 1996 PolyGram acquired a majority stake in the label leading to the resignation of MacDonald. The label folded not too long afterwards but was revived.
