Hip-Hop dedicated sub-label of Sleeping Bag Records founded in 1985 by William Socolov. [[artist:Kurtis Mantronik]] did A&R for the label as well. The building where the label had its headquarters was torn down and replaced by luxury apartments in the 1990s. Its catalog is presently controlled by [[label:Phase One Network]], an asset management company.
