First launched in 1987 as Fourth Floor Records with it's first release [[release:530992]]. Then went into hiatus in 1992, just after releasing [[release:149082]]. In 1997 the label was rebranded as [[label:3830]]. Manufactured and distributed by [[label:Northcott Productions Ltd.]] The back catalogue was acquired in 2016 by [[label: Defected]].
