German label formed in the late nineties under **[[label:Rough Trade Records GmbH]]**. In July 1999, Rough Trade Germany GmbH became **Zomba Records GmbH** and Form & Function moved along with the new branding. In 2002, BMG purchased the entire Zomba Group and Zomba Records GmbH was integrated into the German BMG office. Form & Function largely disappeared after that.
